“By considering these parameters, this work indicates that clinically relevant inhibition of AZT glucuronidation may be observed with the following drugs: cefoperazone, penicillin G, amoxicilin, piperacillin, chloramphenicol, vancomycin, miconazole, rifampicin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine, phenytoin, valproic acid, quinidine , phenylbutazone, ketoprofen, probenecid, and propofol.”
