Possible Interaction: Amphetamine and Antipsychotic Agents

“Since, in animals, LI is disrupted by amphetamines and enhanced by antipsychotics , LI disruption has been proposed as a measure of the characteristic attentional deficit in schizophrenia: the inability to ignore irrelevant stimuli.”
